隧道窯頂部中間排煙管道怎么安裝好用？

按照穿流焙燒的概念，在隧道窯焙燒過程中應盡量加大流經(jīng)坯垛中部的風量。但傳統(tǒng)的隧道窯設計上，所有預熱帶前端的排煙孔均是設置在窯墻兩側靠車面上的位置。這種設置方式有利的一面是在靠車面上位置抽出熱煙氣，可部分達到改善預熱帶車面溫差大的問題；但是帶來的弊端也不容忽視，這樣的設置加大了隧道窯內(nèi)環(huán)流氣體的量，也就是邊隙通風量過大，會造成整個焙燒過程中的傳熱不合理，延長了燒成周期，某些焙燒性能敏感的坯體也易于出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題，例如中部易過燒，邊部易出生磚等。
