通風工程中的管道安裝要注意的細節(jié)知識

(1)當風道與除塵設備、加熱設備等銜接前，應待設備裝置結(jié)束后，按實踐測繪的圖紙進行預制和裝置。

(2)風道裝置時，進、出風日宜在風道預制時開出洞口，如需在裝置結(jié)束的風道上現(xiàn)開風口，其接口處應嚴密。

(3)對運送易燃、易爆氣體的鋼板風道，在風道銜接法蘭處應裝置跨接線，并與靜電接地網(wǎng)銜接。
(3) for flammable and explosive gas, the steel plate air duct should be connected in the connection flange at the connecting flange of the wind tunnel and connected with the electrostatic grounding grid.

(4)雙吊桿支架在風道就位后，應確保橫擔平直，吊桿不改變，雙吊桿受力均勻。

(5)當運送含凝結(jié)水或含濕量較大的氣體時，其水平管道宜設有斜度，并在低點處接排水管。裝置時風道底部不宜呈現(xiàn)縱向接縫，對底部有接縫處應進行密封處理。

(6)當水平風道高度在2m以上時，裝置人員應系帶。腳手架或移動式支架上的跳板應固定好，跳板寬度應契合標準，在腳手架上的裝置人員宜攜東西袋，避免東西或電鉆等物墜落傷人。

(7)當風管與風機銜接時，應在進出風口處加軟接頭，其軟接頭的斷面尺寸應與風機進出風口一致。軟管接頭一般可選用帆布、人造革等資料，軟管長度不宜小于200，松緊度應適宜，柔性軟管可緩沖風機的振蕩。
