    無動力油水分離器是由預(yù)過濾器、聚結(jié)分離器、吸附過濾器、泵體、控制箱、車體組成的一種水中除油的過濾設(shè)備。無動力油水分離器可處理含油量在5000mg/L的所有的工業(yè)上用的輕質(zhì)油類,簡單的說就是在水多油少的情況下,要使用無動力油水分離器來進(jìn)行油和水的分離。

    1、啟動泵源開關(guān),依次打開預(yù)過濾器、聚結(jié)過濾器上的排氣閥,待排氣閥有水溢出時(shí),表明該腔體內(nèi)已充滿水,此時(shí)關(guān)閉該排氣閥,待各腔體均充滿水時(shí),打開出水球閥。也可以通過電磁閥手動排氣,排氣過程一般只需在在設(shè)備剛開始工作時(shí)進(jìn)行,設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行后不需排氣。根據(jù)出水水質(zhì)情況,可以通過出水閥適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)水流量的大小,出水水質(zhì)差可減小流量,反之可增大流量。

    2、清水從出水口排出,集油室開始集油,油水界面開始下降。當(dāng)油浸沒住傳感器的電極棒時(shí),傳感器輸出信號,電磁閥處于開通狀態(tài),排油電磁閥開始排油,此時(shí)相應(yīng)的電磁閥指示燈亮,當(dāng)排油控制箱設(shè)定的延時(shí)時(shí)間到時(shí),排油電磁閥關(guān)閉,排油指示燈熄滅,排油結(jié)束。排油后,油水界面開始上升,電極棒處于水中時(shí),傳感器停止輸出信號,從觀察窗上可以觀察油位高低。

    3、每次停機(jī)前應(yīng)將清水注滿水油分離器各腔體并關(guān)閉進(jìn)、出水球閥。若長時(shí)間停機(jī)不用,應(yīng)在停機(jī)前以清水運(yùn)行20分鐘,直存油全部從油水分離器內(nèi)腔排出。
