人們提及通風風管，通常都是聯(lián)想到寫字樓中的通風風管，它是與人們平常觸碰較多的這種運用。我覺得，通風風管的運用還許多，特別是在是在某些廠區(qū)廠區(qū)中，都必須安裝通風管道。

通風風管布置時要充分考慮電焊是這種勞動效率較為大的崗位，且在焊接方法流程時會造成很多的有害合金濃煙、電弧焊接塵、有害物質、輻射熱、環(huán)境污染，嚴重影響工作員和附近工作員身心健康，因而務必對焊接車間開展透風通氣，和兌水致癌物質，創(chuàng)建優(yōu)良的電焊壞境。

通風管道設計一方面使用清潔空氣稀釋室內空氣中的有害濃度，同時將污染空氣連續(xù)排出室外，使室內空氣中的有害濃度不超過衛(wèi)生標準規(guī)定的大允許濃度。綜合通風通常是以廠房的通風率或空氣交換率為基礎，根據(jù)稀釋理論，將工廠內的有害物質濃度稀釋到允許濃度以下。
