兼具降溫與通風換氣的方式的通風管道

1、水簾墻或高壓噴霧加負壓風機方式

水簾墻降溫的原理眾所周知,空氣經(jīng)過被淋濕的濕簾,溫度得以降低,濕度會增加,所以對溫濕度有嚴格要求的企業(yè)不可使用,如膨化食品加工、精密電子及其他要求恒溫恒濕的場所。

但 實踐證明對絕大多數(shù)企業(yè)如服裝、鞋業(yè)、紡織、機械、食堂等等一般可適用。企業(yè)可以參考以下標準決定是否能適用此原理空調;即在春季雨季濕度較大時,車間生 產(chǎn)是否受影響,如果沒有影響,則采用此水蒸發(fā)降溫原理的措施基本是的。如果車間工藝對濕度有要求但要求不高,或者整個車間內只是個別崗位有濕度要求, 那么可以采用濕度控制裝置加以控制,但此時溫降幅度可能有一些影響。

由于此措施初投資低、耗電極少,所以有些企業(yè)開始采納,但其不足之處也日趨明顯,簡要羅列如下:

(1)由于水簾墻要占用絕大多數(shù)窗戶面積,所以一般采光會被嚴重影響,這增加了室內照明的費用及員工在非自然光下工作的疲勞感。

(3)風吹日曬雨淋以及水簾的高度對淋濕的水簾壽命造成影響,這會增加今后的成本,同時一般會造成室內側地面或窗臺漂水打濕。

(4)這種負壓通風方式要求門窗全部關閉,否則大量空氣由于沒有風阻而直接由門窗進入從而對整體降溫造成影響,實踐使用發(fā)現(xiàn)許多廠房因貨物、人員頻繁的進出或本身不夠密閉,導致效果大打折扣。

少數(shù)企業(yè)不用水簾墻而采用高壓噴霧的方式,這種方式雖說成本降低,同時也避免了水簾墻的缺點,但難以自動控制從而可能造成外界濕度變大時空氣因飽和進而使水霧無法被空氣吸收并打濕車間內設備及產(chǎn)品,另外高壓噴霧極易造成堵塞所以后續(xù)維護成本較高。

2、外墻或屋頂裝設方形空調

方形空調也是采用水蒸發(fā)降溫原理,但與水簾墻不同的是其風機與水簾在同一設備內,屬正壓送風,運行時要求門窗開啟。

此舉當然也可以解決高大廠房的通風降溫問題,但是由于高大廠房跨度大,裝設于墻面無法滿足中間區(qū)域的要求,而裝設于屋面也必須要接風管。綜合其用于高大廠房的不足之處羅列如下:

(1)性,安裝于外墻的空調一般需制作1.6米 寬的三角支架固定于墻面,這種安裝方式因力矩大難以保證長期,特別是經(jīng)常性的人員爬支架上保養(yǎng)維護,不方便且有隱患,一般的人員或安裝工很難根據(jù) 各種墻體受力程度,鋼結構彩鋼板的受力程度設計出完全可靠的支架,從而難以確保人員設備,這種隱患隨著風吹日曬雨淋支架的老化,隨著使用年限而加劇, 全國已發(fā)生多起整機墜落事故這完全該引起重視。

(2)裝設于墻面采用側送風的空調送風距離有限,一般可達15米,當然增加風機的出口余壓可使送風距離加大,但噪音及耗電同時增加,近距離處強風可能對人員及工藝造成影響;接風管則使成本大增并使美觀及車間機械使用等受影響。安裝于屋頂?shù)目照{要解決屋頂承重及防漏的問題,其次是同樣需接風管進而增加成本。

(3)經(jīng)測算,高大廠房使用外掛式或屋面空調其耗電及初裝成本均可能達到水簾墻加負壓風機方式的二倍。

當然,僅對車間內個別崗位進行送風降溫,外掛式或屋面空調不失為較好的選擇。
