一、選用的不銹鋼板不得有悉數(shù)危害不銹鋼板質(zhì)量的裂紋、氣泡、溶洞等缺點。

三、選用的其他材料不得因缺點而降低制品的抗壓強度或危及其運用效率。

四、金屬材料通風(fēng)風(fēng)管及備件的直徑或外長答應(yīng)過失小于等于300mm時為-1mm，大于300mm時為-2mm。環(huán)形法蘭內(nèi)徑或矩形框法蘭內(nèi)緣的答應(yīng)過失為±2mm，不平坦度不得逾越2mm。

4、 The diameter or diameter of metal material ventilation duct and spare parts is - 1mm when it is less than or equal to 300mm, and - 2mm when it is greater than 300mm. The allowable deviation of the inner diameter of the annular flange or the inner edge of the rectangular frame flange is ± 2mm, and the unevenness shall not exceed 2mm.

五、通風(fēng)風(fēng)管管層，面層應(yīng)平坦，弧形對稱，縱向接縫搭接。此外，牙齒的咬合也要緊密，總寬度要對稱。焊接外觀應(yīng)檢查無氣孔、砂粒、夾渣、裂紋等缺點。

六、風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)軟件中的全部直角角均應(yīng)設(shè)置消音彎和鍍鋅鐵板排水板。

6、 Silencing bends and galvanized iron drain plates shall be set at all right angles in the air duct system software.
