根據(jù)規(guī)范要求，不同規(guī)格的螺旋風(fēng)管應(yīng)采用不同尺寸的支架和吊架。吊架的長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)根據(jù)鍍鋅風(fēng)管的尺寸和安裝高度以及地梁或鋼架的高度進(jìn)行剪裁加工。衣架的掛碼應(yīng)采用角鋼加工，衣架端部的螺紋應(yīng)符合調(diào)整鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管高度的要求。衣架頂部應(yīng)焊接固定角鋼碼，衣架應(yīng)刷兩遍防銹漆和面漆。吊架完成后，可按照鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管的布置方向進(jìn)行安裝，其間距符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范要求。

根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和規(guī)范的要求，應(yīng)安裝鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管。安裝螺旋風(fēng)管前，應(yīng)將裝配部位清洗干凈。之后，根據(jù)圖中螺旋風(fēng)管的分布情況，將組裝好的鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管按照鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管的數(shù)量進(jìn)行排列組合，并檢查鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管的尺寸。軸位符合圖紙后，即可進(jìn)行吊裝。
