廚房排煙管道很重要，安裝使用時(shí)一定要特別注意幾個(gè)事項(xiàng)，比如管道的通風(fēng)面積，低層排煙不暢，如下：

一、主排氣管通風(fēng)面積不足。

根據(jù)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，主排氣管內(nèi)風(fēng)速不能超過(guò)15m/s，否則運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后排氣系統(tǒng)容易堵塞。在油煙凈化器的運(yùn)行實(shí)踐中，大多數(shù)情況是由于排氣管通風(fēng)面積不足造成的，管內(nèi)氣體流速在15m/s以上。

二、管道截面積變小。

由于排煙管道會(huì)穿過(guò)建筑橫梁，導(dǎo)致氣流不暢，排氣管的通風(fēng)橫截面積會(huì)減小，橫截面上的阻力會(huì)增加。

三、管道使用后會(huì)堆積。

當(dāng)排煙管道穿過(guò)建筑橫梁或避開其他設(shè)備管道時(shí)，一段排煙管會(huì)低于整個(gè)排煙管的平面。使用一段時(shí)間后，油水混合物會(huì)堆積在排煙管的下部，直接影響排煙的順暢性。

四、低層排煙不順暢

不同樓層的廚房油煙通過(guò)同一主管道排出，靠近出口的樓層排煙效果較好，而較低樓層排煙不暢。

The kitchen fume of different floors is discharged through the same main pipe. The smoke exhaust effect of the floor near the exit is better, while the smoke exhaust of the lower floor is not smooth.

五、建議配備排煙風(fēng)機(jī)

5、 Smoke exhaust fan is recommended

對(duì)于高油煙的廚房，建議配備排煙風(fēng)機(jī)。常用的排煙風(fēng)機(jī)有軸流風(fēng)機(jī)、風(fēng)機(jī)箱和離心風(fēng)機(jī)。
