鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管對(duì)于散裝物料的輸送是怎樣的

散裝物料的輸送。在一些通風(fēng)管道加工工廠的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，需要輸送松散的顆粒，特別是比例較小的螺旋風(fēng)管，如發(fā)泡塑料顆粒，成本低，效果好。螺旋風(fēng)管是一種薄壁管，由金屬帶材卷制而成，圓形，無(wú)焊接，無(wú)漏氣，無(wú)漏水，多用于送風(fēng)和散裝物料輸送，而不是傳統(tǒng)的白鐵管(即手工咬鐵管)。它是一種風(fēng)管，全機(jī)制，直管不需要手動(dòng)敲擊。

鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管指酒店、、紡織、化纖、石油化工、機(jī)械制造、儀表、電子、醫(yī)藥、煙草、食品、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、寫字樓及地鐵、人防、地下室等工程的送風(fēng)、排風(fēng)、排煙管道。它的厚度和規(guī)格可根據(jù)需要而變化，通常在連接時(shí)，鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管的兩端都要外接。

由于鐵皮加工在不同環(huán)境下容易發(fā)生反應(yīng)，導(dǎo)致腐蝕和生銹。鋅在干燥的空氣中基本沒有變化。在潮濕的空氣中，鋅表面會(huì)產(chǎn)生致密的堿性碳酸鋅膜，因此在風(fēng)管鐵皮上鍍一層鋅可以保護(hù)鐵皮。鍍鋅處理鈍化、染色或涂上護(hù)光劑后，可加強(qiáng)其保護(hù)性和裝飾性。

In humid air, the zinc surface will produce a dense alkaline zinc carbonate film, so a layer of zinc on the iron sheet of the air duct can protect the iron sheet. The protection and decoration can be enhanced after passivation, dyeing or coating of light protecting agent by galvanizing treatment.
