Quality inspection of air duct installation

　　一、風(fēng)管安裝時應(yīng)注意的問題

1、 Safety issues to pay attention to during the installation of air ducts

　　1 起吊時，嚴禁人員在被吊風(fēng)管下方，風(fēng)管上嚴禁站人。

When lifting, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to be under the suspended air duct, and standing on the air duct is strictly prohibited.

　　2 應(yīng)檢查風(fēng)管內(nèi)、上表面有無重物，以防起吊時，墜物傷人。

2. Check for heavy objects inside and on the surface of the air duct to prevent injury from falling objects during lifting.

　　3 對于較長風(fēng)管，起吊速度應(yīng)同步進行，首尾呼應(yīng)，防止由于一頭過高，中段風(fēng)管法蘭受力大而造成風(fēng)管變形。

For longer air ducts, the lifting speed should be synchronized and coordinated from head to tail to prevent deformation of the duct due to excessive force on the flange of the middle section due to one end being too high.

　　4 抬到支架上的風(fēng)管應(yīng)及時安裝，不能放置太久。

The air duct lifted onto the bracket should be installed in a timely manner and should not be left for too long.

　　5 對于暫時不安裝的孔洞不要提前打開；暫停施工時，應(yīng)加蓋板，以防墜人墜物事故發(fā)生。

Do not open holes that are not temporarily installed in advance; When suspending construction, cover plates should be added to prevent accidents caused by falling people or objects.

　　使用梯子不得缺擋，不得墊高使用。

When using a ladder, do not miss the gear or elevate it.

　　使用梯子的上端要扎牢，下端采取防滑措施。

The upper end of the ladder should be securely fastened and anti slip measures should be taken at the lower end.

　　送風(fēng)支管與總管采用直管形式連接時，

When the air supply branch pipe is connected to the main pipe in a straight pipe form,

　　插管接口處應(yīng)設(shè)導(dǎo)流裝置。

A guiding device should be installed at the insertion interface.

　　二、風(fēng)管安裝質(zhì)量檢驗

2、 Quality inspection of air duct installation

　　風(fēng)管安裝后，可用拉線或吊線的方法進行檢查。一般只要支吊架安裝得正確，風(fēng)管接得平直，風(fēng)管應(yīng)能保持橫平豎直。風(fēng)管安裝的允許偏差為水平度不大于3mm/m，總偏差不大于20mm。

After the installation of the air duct, it can be checked by pulling or hanging wires. Generally, as long as the supports and hangers are installed correctly and the air ducts are connected straight, the air ducts should be able to maintain horizontal and vertical straightness. The allowable deviation for the installation of air ducts is that the levelness shall not exceed 3mm/m, and the total deviation shall not exceed 20mm.

　　GB50243-2016《通風(fēng)與空調(diào)工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》要求：

GB50243-2016 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering" requires:

　　6.2.9 風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)安裝完畢后，應(yīng)按系統(tǒng)類別要求進行施工質(zhì)量外觀檢驗。合格后，應(yīng)進行風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)的嚴密性檢驗，漏風(fēng)量除應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求和本規(guī)范第4.2.1條的規(guī)定外，尚應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

After the installation of the air duct system, the construction quality and appearance inspection should be carried out according to the requirements of the system category. After passing the inspection, the tightness of the air duct system should be inspected. In addition to meeting the design requirements and the provisions of Article 4.2.1 of this specification, the air leakage should also comply with the following regulations:

　　1 當(dāng)風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)嚴密性檢驗出現(xiàn)不合格時，除應(yīng)修復(fù)不合格的系統(tǒng)外，受檢方應(yīng)申請復(fù)驗或復(fù)檢。

When the tightness inspection of the air duct system fails, in addition to repairing the unqualified system, the inspected party should apply for re inspection or re inspection.

　　2 凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)進行風(fēng)管嚴密性檢驗時，N1級～N5級的系統(tǒng)按高壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的規(guī)定執(zhí)行；N6級～N9級，且工作壓力小于等于1500Pa的，均按中壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

When conducting air duct tightness inspection on the 2 purification air conditioning system, N1 to N5 level systems shall comply with the regulations for high-pressure system air ducts; For grades N6 to N9, and with a working pressure of less than or equal to 1500Pa, the regulations for medium pressure system air ducts shall be followed.

　　檢查數(shù)量：微壓系統(tǒng)，按工藝質(zhì)量要求實行全數(shù)觀察檢驗；低壓系統(tǒng)，按Ⅱ方案實行抽樣檢驗；中壓系統(tǒng)，按Ⅰ方案實行抽樣檢驗；高壓系統(tǒng)，全數(shù)檢驗。

Inspection quantity: Micro pressure system, implement full observation inspection according to process quality requirements; Low voltage system, implement sampling inspection according to scheme II; Medium voltage system, implement sampling inspection according to Plan I; High voltage system, complete inspection.

　　檢查方法：除微壓系統(tǒng)外，嚴密性測試按本規(guī)范附錄C的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

Inspection method: Except for the micro pressure system, the tightness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix C of this specification.
