1、鐵皮風(fēng)管優(yōu)點(diǎn)

1. Advantages of iron duct

1) 強(qiáng)度高，能承受3kPa的風(fēng)壓，可滿(mǎn)足高中低壓風(fēng)體系的運(yùn)用。

1) High strength, can withstand 3kPa wind pressure, can meet the application of high, medium and low pressure wind system.

2) 可現(xiàn)場(chǎng)加工，運(yùn)輸本錢(qián)低，調(diào)整便利，不影響工期。

2、鐵皮風(fēng)管缺點(diǎn)

2. Disadvantage of iron duct

1) 易生銹，運(yùn)用壽命不長(zhǎng)，不利于提高室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量，在濕潤(rùn)的環(huán)境下，運(yùn)用壽命只有5-7年，并且過(guò)4-5年去看風(fēng)管內(nèi)部到處是銹跡斑斑。

1) Easy to rust, not long service life, not conducive to improving indoor air quality, in a humid environment, the service life is only 5-7 years, and after 4-5 years to see the wind pipe is full of rust spots.

2) 漏風(fēng)率高，能耗大。鐵皮風(fēng)管由咬口及法蘭連接，其漏風(fēng)率在10%左右(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)允許)。

2) High air leakage rate and high energy consumption. Tin air duct is connected by bite and flange, and its air leakage rate is about 10% (permitted by national standard).

3) 通風(fēng)噪聲大。鐵皮風(fēng)管壁薄，在風(fēng)速和風(fēng)壓的作用下會(huì)產(chǎn)生噪聲。

3) Noise of ventilation is high. The iron duct has thin wall, which can produce noise under the action of wind speed and pressure.

4) 重量大，添加建筑物荷載。鐵皮風(fēng)管每重量在10kg以上。

5) 導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)高。鐵皮風(fēng)管采用外保溫，外保溫添加了工程造價(jià)，影響了施工工期。假如外保溫不到位或遭到破損，就會(huì)產(chǎn)生冷橋。冷凝水損壞吊頂，會(huì)損壞下面的物件。

5) High thermal conductivity. Iron sheet air duct adopts external thermal insulation, which adds engineering cost and affects the construction period. If the external thermal insulation is not in place or damaged, a cold bridge will occur. Condensate damages the ceiling and damages the underlying objects.

6) 制作裝置周期長(zhǎng)。鐵皮風(fēng)管要采用大型的機(jī)械施工，要做咬口和法蘭，速度慢。

二、鋁箔復(fù)合玻纖風(fēng)管

II. Aluminum Foil Composite Glass Fiber Ventilator

鋁箔復(fù)合玻纖風(fēng)管直接用鐵皮風(fēng)管的保溫材料-超細(xì)玻璃棉制作而成。1992年就有超級(jí)風(fēng)管(玻纖風(fēng)管)進(jìn)入國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，盡管經(jīng)過(guò)了十多年的市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作，但目前市場(chǎng)份額依然適當(dāng)小，甚有份額萎縮的趨勢(shì)。

Aluminum foil composite glass fiber duct is directly made of superfine glass wool, the insulation material of iron sheet duct. In 1992, super duct (glass fibre duct) entered the domestic market. 1、鋁箔復(fù)合玻纖風(fēng)管優(yōu)點(diǎn)

1. Advantages of Aluminum Foil Composite Glass Fiber Ventilator

1) 吸聲。因其直接用超細(xì)玻璃棉制作，原料比較松散，有較好的吸聲功能。

2) 重量輕。每重量3kg左右。

1) 強(qiáng)度差。因直接用超細(xì)玻璃棉制作，承壓能力差，只能在低壓、小風(fēng)管運(yùn)用。制品維護(hù)要求高，簡(jiǎn)單被后期的水電和裝飾工程弄破。不能清洗。

1) poor strength. Due to the poor pressure-bearing capacity of superfine glass wool, it can only be used in low-pressure and small air ducts. Product maintenance requirements are high, simple by the later hydropower and decoration works broken. Can't clean.

2) 怕濕潤(rùn)。超細(xì)玻璃棉的吸水率極高，假如表面關(guān)閉不到位，特別是在開(kāi)槽后，會(huì)吸收大量的水分，降低保溫功能和強(qiáng)度。

2) afraid of wetting. Ultrafine glass wool absorbs water very high, if the surface is not closed in place, especially after grooving, it will absorb a lot of water, reducing the insulation function and strength.

3) 纖維易飛散。超細(xì)玻璃棉假如表面關(guān)閉不到位，特別是在開(kāi)槽后，會(huì)導(dǎo)致纖維飛散，影響人體健康。

3) Fibers are easily dispersed. If the surface of superfine glass wool is not closed properly, especially after grooving, it will cause fibers to disperse and affect human health.

4) 風(fēng)阻大。表面粗糙度達(dá)0.9-1.1mm，一般要求機(jī)組功率提高10%，添加能耗。

4) High wind resistance. The absolute surface roughness is 0.9-1.1 mm. Generally, the unit power should be increased by 10% and the energy consumption should be added.
