　　隨著使用時間的不斷增長，通風管道會積累大量的雜質(zhì)。這些雜質(zhì)會在管道中停留很長時間，在操作過程中會加速油的凝結(jié)。溫度轉(zhuǎn)換過高，會對氣動閥、液壓元件造成損壞，對正常運行有很大影響。因此，有必要定期清理通風管道設備。

　　(6)水平風道高度在4m以上時，安裝人員應系好帶。腳手架或活動支架上的舷梯應固定，舷梯寬度應符合規(guī)范，腳手架上的設備人員應隨身攜帶物品袋，避免物品或電鉆等掉落傷人。通風管道主要用于工業(yè)和建筑工程，設計領域廣泛。吸油、吸煙、除塵的工作環(huán)境，現(xiàn)在需要使用通風管道。使用天然空氣代替室內(nèi)空氣，改善室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)素。
