通風(fēng)管道的組成一般包含哪些部分？

1、通風(fēng)管道。在通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中，依靠通風(fēng)管來送入或抽出空氣。通風(fēng)管的截面有圓形和矩形。通風(fēng)管除直管外，由彎頭、來回彎、變徑彎，三通、四通等管件按工程實(shí)際需要組合而成。

1. Ventilation duct. In the ventilation system, air is fed or extracted by means of ventilation pipes. The cross section of the ventilation pipe is circular and rectangular. In addition to the straight pipe, the ventilation pipe is composed of elbow, back and forth bend, reducing bend, tee, cross and other pipe fittings according to the actual needs of the project.

2、各類風(fēng)口。為了向室內(nèi)送入或室內(nèi)排出空氣，在通風(fēng)管上設(shè)置的各種型式的送風(fēng)口或吸風(fēng)口，以調(diào)節(jié)送入或吸出的空氣量。風(fēng)口的類型很多，常用的類型是裝有網(wǎng)狀和條形格柵的矩形風(fēng)口，設(shè)有聯(lián)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)裝置，其他的類型沒有聯(lián)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)裝置。風(fēng)口分為單層、雙層、三層及不同形式的散流器。

2. Various air outlets. In order to send or discharge air into or out of the room, various types of air supply outlets or suction outlets are set on the ventilation pipe to adjust the amount of air sent or sucked in. There are many types of tuyeres. The commonly used type is the rectangular tuyere with mesh and strip grille, which is equipped with linkage adjustment device. Other types have no linkage adjustment device. The tuyere is divided into single layer, double layer, three layers and different forms of diffusers.

3、閥門。安裝于風(fēng)管上的用以調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)量和關(guān)閉個(gè)別支管的通風(fēng)部件。通風(fēng)與空調(diào)工程常用的閥門有插板閥、蝶閥、多葉調(diào)節(jié)閥、圓開瓣式啟動(dòng)閥、空氣處理室中旁通閥、防火閥和止回閥等

3. Valve. Ventilation components installed on the air duct to adjust the air volume and close individual branch pipes. The valves commonly used in ventilation and air conditioning engineering include gate valve, butterfly valve, multi leaf regulating valve, round open disc start valve, bypass valve, fire damper and check valve in air treatment room,

4、消聲器。防止噪聲傳入室內(nèi)所采用的裝置。在空調(diào)工程中采用的有阻性捎聲器、抗性捎聲順、共振性消聲器和寬頻帶復(fù)合式消聲器等。

4. Muffler. A device used to prevent noise from entering the room. In the air conditioning project, the resistive sound carrying device, resistant sound carrying device, resonant muffler and broadband composite muffler are used.

5、除塵器。是凈化空氣的一種設(shè)備，一般分為旋風(fēng)式除塵器、濕式除塵器和袋式除塵器等。

5. Dust collector. It is a kind of equipment for purifying air. It is generally divided into cyclone dust collector, wet dust collector and bag dust collector.

6、通風(fēng)機(jī)。是機(jī)械通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中迫使空氣流動(dòng)的機(jī)械。通風(fēng)機(jī)是通風(fēng)與空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備，根據(jù)構(gòu)造原理分為軸流式通風(fēng)機(jī)和離心式通風(fēng)機(jī)兩類。

6. Ventilator. It is the machinery that forces air flow in the mechanical ventilation system. Fan is the main equipment of ventilation and air conditioning system. According to the structural principle, it is divided into axial flow fan and centrifugal fan.

7、風(fēng)帽。它用于排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的末端，它的作用是向室外排除污濁空氣。按其形式分有：適用于一般機(jī)械排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的傘形風(fēng)帽，適用于除塵系統(tǒng)的錐形風(fēng)帽，適用于自然排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的簡形風(fēng)帽。

7. Hood. It is used at the end of the exhaust system. Its function is to remove dirty air to the outside. According to its form, it is divided into: umbrella hood suitable for general mechanical exhaust system, conical hood suitable for dust removal system and simple hood suitable for natural exhaust system.
