一、誘導風機系統(tǒng)的概述

（一）誘導風機

（1） Induction fan

誘導風機又稱射流風機、接力風機，其能夠散發(fā)的風力其實很小，主要是通過攪勻、等方式，來對某個區(qū)域內(nèi)的空氣進行凈化。誘導風機主要是借助高速射流誘導通風理念進行設計的，當多臺誘導風機與送風風機、排風風機進行一定的組合，就形成了誘導風機系統(tǒng)。

這種的新型風機系統(tǒng)，主要是借助多臺誘導風機噴嘴射出的定向高速氣流，在無風管的條件下，誘導室外的新鮮空氣或經(jīng)過處理的空氣進入到預定的位置，從而室內(nèi)形成良好的氣流組織，達到便捷的通風排煙目標。

在進行誘導風機系統(tǒng)安裝的過程中，回風口與障礙物要保持500mm以上的間距，噴嘴出風口15°下前方也不能有阻擋的物體，在允許的范圍內(nèi)應盡量減小設備的吊裝高度，一般要求底部要與梁底或管線底處在一個水平線上。

對于該系統(tǒng)的接力風速方面，由于現(xiàn)實中存在著各種因素的影響，如建筑物內(nèi)存在的四面八方的自然風，要想使射流風速減小到一定數(shù)值，就需要另一股射流進行接力，經(jīng)過相關計算和分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，保持射流速度1m/s，收到的效果。

二、傳統(tǒng)通風排煙方式的弊端

在以前進行通風排煙時，系統(tǒng)的風管規(guī)模很大，需要占用很大空間，而且建設及安裝費用都很高昂，更主要的是難以避免風管與電纜橋架、消防噴淋管道等其他管線的交叉問題。

在采用了的誘導風機系統(tǒng)后，就大大降低了相關成本費用，并且這個層面都能成為排風通道，送風和排風風機所需要的風壓也比管道小的多，這樣就可以選用較低風壓的風機，大幅度降低了投資和運行成本，即使送排風機停止運轉(zhuǎn)，誘導風機仍可運轉(zhuǎn)，能對局部產(chǎn)生排煙效果。經(jīng)過多年的理論研究和工程實踐，誘導風機內(nèi)置率離心風機，具有明顯的噪聲低、體積小、吊裝方便、維護簡單等優(yōu)勢，當前已廣泛應用于地下停車場、體育館、倉庫等大型場所的通風中，并起到了顯著的效果。
