1、圓形風(fēng)管的加固：圓形風(fēng)管由于其本身的強(qiáng)度較高，而且風(fēng)管兩端的法蘭起到一定的加固作用

當(dāng)圓形風(fēng)管的直徑大于或等于800mm，且其管段長度大于1250mm或管段總表面積大于4m2時，每隔l500mm才加設(shè)一個扁鋼加固圈，并用鉚釘固定。

為了防止咬口在運(yùn)輸或吊裝時裂開，圓形風(fēng)管的直徑大于500mm時，其縱向咬口的兩端用鉚釘或點(diǎn)焊固定。

1、如果風(fēng)管的材料不耐火，但是又有可能接觸明火，比如說一段PVC材料的通風(fēng)管被架設(shè)在加熱器附近，那么就有必要做防火處理。

3、如果風(fēng)管輸送的氣體對溫度敏感，可能是氣體組分對溫度敏感、容易溫度變性。這時不僅要有恒溫處理，也要有防火處理，以免意外情況發(fā)生。
