一般情況下，風(fēng)口與風(fēng)管之間的連接采用拉鉚槍拉鉚的方式進(jìn)行。在這種連接方式下，需要將海綿條或8501密封膠帶沿著風(fēng)口和風(fēng)管之間的管壁縫隙貼緊，以確保密封性能。

In general, the connection between the air outlet and the air duct is carried out by riveting with a riveting gun. In this connection method, it is necessary to stick the sponge strip or 8501 sealing tape tightly along the wall gap between the air outlet and the air duct to ensure sealing performance.

在安裝風(fēng)口時(shí)，需要用手托起風(fēng)口并進(jìn)行平整處理。之后，將風(fēng)口的內(nèi)邊外側(cè)貼緊風(fēng)管的管壁，并采用拉鉚槍將兩者緊密連接在一起。安裝完成后，可以使用塑料布進(jìn)行密封處理，以避免漏風(fēng)或其他隱患。

When installing the air vent, it is necessary to lift it by hand and level it. Afterwards, press the inner and outer sides of the air outlet tightly against the wall of the air duct, and use a riveting gun to tightly connect the two together. After installation, plastic cloth can be used for sealing to avoid air leakage or other safety hazards.

1、 Different methods of connecting air vents

1）帶閥門的風(fēng)口連接

1) Air outlet connection with valve

，根據(jù)所需風(fēng)口的尺寸，我們需要在風(fēng)管上切割一個(gè)適當(dāng)大小的開口。然后，使用高質(zhì)量的粘接材料將喉管粘接在開口處，并確保其牢固可靠。一旦粘接處固化，我們便可以將風(fēng)口插入喉管內(nèi)，使用自攻螺釘將其牢固地固定在喉管內(nèi)。這樣做不僅可以確保風(fēng)口的密封性和穩(wěn)定性，還可以有效減少風(fēng)管內(nèi)部的噪音和震動(dòng)。

Firstly, based on the size of the required air outlet, we need to cut an appropriately sized opening on the air duct. Then, use high-quality adhesive material to bond the throat to the opening and ensure its firmness and reliability. Once the bonding area solidifies, we can insert the air vent into the throat and firmly fix it in the throat using self tapping screws. This not only ensures the sealing and stability of the air outlet, but also effectively reduces the noise and vibration inside the air duct.

2）平板風(fēng)口連接

2) Flat air outlet connection

依據(jù)所需風(fēng)量尺寸，在風(fēng)管壁上鉆孔開口，兩側(cè)添加保溫材料后，插入槽鋼形鐵件，再在其上固定風(fēng)口。如果安裝了帶喉管的風(fēng)口，則需將平面風(fēng)口嵌入喉管內(nèi)，用自攻螺釘固定。此操作不僅有助于增強(qiáng)風(fēng)口的強(qiáng)度和密封性，而且能有效提升整體系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率。

According to the required air volume size, drill openings on the wall of the air duct, add insulation materials on both sides, insert channel steel shaped iron parts, and then fix the air outlet on it. If a vent with a throat is installed, the flat vent needs to be embedded into the throat and fixed with self tapping screws. This operation not only helps to enhance the strength and sealing of the air outlet, but also effectively improves the overall operational efficiency of the system.

3）帶軟接的風(fēng)口連接

3) Air outlet connection with soft connection

根據(jù)風(fēng)口的大小，我們可以在風(fēng)管上切割出合適的開口，然后再連接上喉管。在喉管的外側(cè)覆蓋上一層軟節(jié)，并用鍍鋅薄板壓住，以便更加牢固地固定住喉管。后，我們可以使用自攻螺釘將喉管與軟節(jié)連接起來，確保它們能夠牢固地連接在一起。螺釘?shù)拈g距需要小于150mm，以確保喉管的連接穩(wěn)定可靠。

Based on the size of the air outlet, we can cut suitable openings on the air duct and then connect the throat. Cover the outer side of the throat with a soft joint and press it down with a galvanized sheet to secure the throat more firmly. Afterwards, we can use self tapping screws to connect the throat to the soft joint, ensuring that they can be firmly connected together. The spacing between screws needs to be less than 150mm to ensure stable and reliable connection of the throat.
